A+B2 architettura was born from the partnership of three architects – Fabio Andreani, Federico Bianchi e Pietro Giotto Balzarotti - all graduated in June 2011 at the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio, Switzerland, by Mario Botta.
The studio, which has two operational headquarters - Switzerland and Italy - creates and develops projects of different scales: from public structures (hotels, bars, restaurants, communal spaces, etc) to private residences (villas, apartments, homes, etc) to interior and product design.
Versatility, attention to details during the implementation, and a strong operational management are the main professional traces of A+B2 architettura. The projects developed by the studio are characterised by a coherent, rigorous and minimalistic style, with essential shapes, quality of materials, attention to details and use of neutral colours. A very defined and sober style, accompanied by an in depth research of the lighting and spaces.
