**Responsibilities**
**What you'll achieve**
As an Account Executive focused on the public sector, you will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships and delivering an outstanding experience for both existing and prospective clients.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of public sector customers' priorities, challenges, and regulatory environments leading large and complex opportunities, including public tenders and framework agreements
- Identify and position technology solutions aligned with digital transformation, modernization, and public service improvement initiatives
- Increase share of spend across the full portfolio of technology solutions (Client Solutions Group, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, and services) within public sector accounts
- Manage territories and/or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, opportunity tracking (including public tenders), and engagement of cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with technical, legal, and pre-sales teams to deliver compliant and competitive proposals within public procurement frameworks
- Regularly engage with key decision-makers in public sector organizations (IT leadership, procurement officers, senior management, etc.)

**Essential Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience selling technology solutions, ideally within the public sector
- Strong understanding of public sector ecosystems, including procurement processes and regulatory considerations
- Proven experience managing public tenders and competitive bidding processes
- Excellent customer management and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage, influence, and present to senior stakeholders (CIOs, senior executives, and key decision-makers)
Compensation: Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is EUR 110.000 - EUR 151.000. According to the CCNL Commercio, Distribuzione e Servizi, this job position will be level 1 or Quadro, depending on experience level.
