What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play an important role in our day-to-day finance operations:

- Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards

- Support tax compliance activities (including VAT and local requirements)

- Contribute to month-end & year-end closing (journal entries, reconciliations)

- Assist in preparing financial reports and basic analyses

- Collaborate with local teams and shared service centers

- Identify opportunities for process improvements

What We’re Looking For

- Italian (native) and English (intermediate level)

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience, or fresh graduates with relevant academic background and strong motivation

- Basic understanding of: - Accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP is a plus)

- VAT / tax fundamentals


- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus

- Good Excel skills

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
