**About The Role**
We're hiring AI Safety Analysts to test AI systems by probing for unsafe outputs, harmful content, and unexpected behavior. Your work keeps AI models safe for real-world use.



- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Compensation: $40–$120 /hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

**What You'll Do**

- Test AI systems by providing challenging or adversarial inputs
- Identify unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate AI outputs
- Document safety issues with clear examples and explanations
- Rate AI responses on safety and helpfulness scales
- Follow structured testing protocols and red-teaming guides

- Clear written communication to describe issues precisely

- No cybersecurity or AI background required
