Job Description
Act as the firm’s legal representative in client engagements and official
communications, with a focus on European-Asian cross-border matters.
Provide expert legal advisory services in corporate governance, FDI, M&A, and
dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with Chinese and international regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex bilingual (English/Italian) legal documents,
including contracts, MoUs, and arbitration submissions.
Lead client relationship management, business development, and strategic
expansion of the firm’s client base in emerging markets.
Coordinate with global teams across China and Italy ( and 3 more countries ) to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Key Requirements
Mandatory: Current membership in the Italian Bar Association (Albo degli Avvocati) for at least 2 years.
Mandatory: Nationality is Italian. OR native-like level of Italian.
LLB/LLM degree with additional qualifications in international law or cross-border
transactions. 2+years of experience in corporate law, dispute resolution, or M&A within an
international law firm or top-tier local firm.
Fluency in English and Italian (written/spoken); proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
Proven ability to independently manage cases, lead client interactions, and collaborate in multicultural teams.
Good organizational skills and are methodological in approach.
Self-motivated and Self-reliable with high ethical standards.
Be flexible and willing to travel.
