### Role Purpose
Support customers in Italy to complete \*\*corporate bank account opening\*\* successfully. You will coordinate documentation, communicate with banks and customers, follow up on reviews and additional requests, and keep all parties aligned until the account is opened.
### Key Responsibilities
\* Guide customers (in \*\*English\*\*) on required documents, timelines, and next steps; ensure submissions are complete and correctly formatted.
\* Liaise with Italian banks (in \*\*Italian\*\*) via email/phone to confirm requirements, submit documentation (where applicable), and follow up on progress.
\* Track each case end-to-end: status updates, blockers, actions required, and expected timelines; keep internal teams and customers informed.
\* Coordinate and drive completion of additional requests (KYC/AML questions, clarifications, missing documents).
\* Maintain and improve internal checklists, templates, SOPs, and FAQs for Italy account opening.
\* Handle sensitive customer information with strict confidentiality and care.
### Requirements (Must-have)
\* Able to work from anywhere \*\*within Italy\*\* (remote).
\* Proven experience supporting \*\*corporate bank account opening\*\* OR relevant experience in banking operations / onboarding / corporate services.
\* \*\*Fluent English\*\* as a working language (emails, calls, customer coordination).
\* \*\*Fluent Italian\*\* for direct communication with banks.
\* Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and excellent follow-through; able to manage multiple cases in parallel.
\* High integrity and awareness of privacy/confidentiality requirements.
### Nice to Have
\* Banking background (branch operations, onboarding, KYC/Compliance).
\* Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation and Italian corporate documents.
\* Chinese language skills.
### Notes
\* This role is \*\*fully remote\*\* and does \*\*not\*\* require office attendance.
\* Occasional bank/customer coordination may happen during standard Italian business hours.
