We are looking for an enthusiastic
**Bartender**
to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our Junior Bartender is able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs, expectations and desires, in line with Antonioli Group's standards.


**Responsibilities**
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages


Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks


Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations


Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails


Plan and present bar menu


Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies


Stay guest focused and nurture provide an excellent guest experience


Comply with all food and beverage regulations


**Requirements**
Knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks


Passion involving cocktails


Teamwork oriented


Fluency in English


Positive attitude and excellent communication skills


Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean


Computer literacy


Mixology training certificate is a plus


3/5 years' previous experience in the role


We offer a full-time job mainly on evening shifts.


Salary based on previous experience, RAL between 28.000€ and 30.000€
