**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Broker at Piantoni International. The Broker will be responsible for client relationship management, identifying and prospecting potential buyers and sellers, facilitating yacht transactions, and coordinating charter arrangements. The role also involves providing market insights, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to provide personalized service and achieve client objectives.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of yacht brokerage, sales, and charter processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate transactions and charters
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with brokerage software
- Experience in the luxury industry and passion for yachting are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
