**Brain Quest Consultancy & Training**
is looking for a
**Italian-speaking sales intern**
who can convert qualified leads into real opportunities. We will provide you with
**pre-qualified leads**
(email + phone numbers). Your job is to
**reach out, build trust, schedule meetings, understand needs, create proposals, and follow up until closure**
.

What You’ll Do

- Contact qualified leads via
**phone and/or email**
(leads provided by Brain Quest).
- Introduce Brain Quest services clearly and professionally.
- **Set up meetings**
with decision makers and confirm attendance.
- Conduct requirement discovery calls and capture key business needs.
- Prepare and submit proposals (templates + support provided).
- Maintain a follow-up cadence: reminders, check-ins, next steps, objections handling.
- Track your pipeline and keep notes of every interaction.
- Push deals forward until signed, and ensure smooth handover to delivery team.

What We Provide

- Service details, case studies, pricing frameworks (as needed).
- Support from the team during proposal and closing stages.

What We’re Looking For

- **Fluent Italian**
(spoken + written). English is a plus.
- Strong communication and confidence on calls.
- A sales mindset:
**comfortable with outreach and consistent follow-up**
.
- Organized and reliable: you can track leads, meetings, and next actions.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to commit
**4 hrs/day, 5 days/week**
consistently.

Compensation (Unpaid Internship + Commission)

This is an
**unpaid internship**
with a
**10% revenue share**
on revenue accruals from deals you help close.

**Your earnings scale with performance**
— the better your follow-up and closing discipline, the higher your commissions.

Working Hours (Flexible but Fixed Commitment)

- 4 hours per day
- 5 days a week
- Timings are flexible, but you must maintain a consistent daily schedule and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
