As a member of a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the company's sales and service network. Your work directly determines whether our products can efficiently reach end customers and is the cornerstone of business success. We need an expert who is well versed in the local manufacturing industry in Brazil, possesses strong business expansion capabilities, and negotiation skills.
2、 Core objective
Successfully develop and sign partnerships that meet brand standards in the core area within the established time frame, establish a high-quality and sustainable sales network, and ensure the achievement of sales, after-sales service, and customer experience goals.
3、 Main responsibilities and tasks
1. Network development and planning
In depth analysis of the market landscape, consumer preferences, and competitor network layout.
Develop a sales network development blueprint that meets market goals (city selection, network density).
2. Potential partner development and screening
Proactively explore, screen, and establish a database of potential customers.
Lock in high-quality partners through multiple channels such as industry connections, exhibitions, associations, and business data.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of potential partners' creditworthiness, finance, operational capabilities, and market reputation.
Job Requirements
1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Ability requirements: Proficient in local language, English, with excellent business negotiation, financial analysis, and contract management skills, possessing mature network and industry resources
3. Experience requirement: 5 years or more of local market experience, including 3 years or more of experience in focusing on market sales network development or B2B sales management
4. Other requirements:
-Adapt to frequent business trips or local assignments
