**Role Description**
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager based in Geneva, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some remote work. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving growth targets. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, create strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to align goals. The role requires frequent communication with stakeholders and effective negotiation to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Experience with financial technologies, blockchain, or investment platforms
- Proficiency in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in a second language (such as French or German) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
