To expand and scale high-quality merchants (especially local Chinese entrepreneurs, brand owners, and traders) from 0 to 1 through deep localization strategies, driving regional GMV growth and market share increase on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Merchant Acquisition
- Focus on target European markets (France, Germany, Poland, Italy etc.) to identify and engage high-potential brand owners, wholesalers, and trading companies.
- Build merchant relationships via multiple channels including field promotion, chamber of commerce partnerships, industry exhibitions, and online communities, and achieve monthly/quarterly new sign-up targets.
2. Benchmark Case Building & Word-of-Mouth Promotion
- Rapidly support 2-3 benchmark clients to achieve first-order conversion and continuous repurchase, forming replicable successful paths for market expansion.
3. Channel & Ecosystem Collaboration
- Develop and manage key local partners, and establish referral and profit-sharing mechanisms.
- Co-host recruitment events and training sessions with partners to expand merchant acquisition influence.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B business development and sales, with a successful track record of 0-to-1 market expansion.
- Familiar with the local business environment and Chinese community in at least one European country (e.g., France, Poland, Italy, Germany, etc.), with access to Chinese merchant resources or connections to local chambers of commerce/associations in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Result-oriented mindset, with strong execution, resilience under pressure, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently or be stationed locally as required.
