MLO CORP is entering a new stage of international growth across Europe and the United States. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a 
**Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)**
 to lead the corporation’s global people strategy and support the development of our international teams.

This position will be 
**based in Milan**
, one of the company’s strategic European hubs, and will work closely with the executive leadership of MLO CORP. The role is open to 
**both male and female candidates**
, and we welcome professionals with strong international HR leadership experience.

The CHRO will be responsible for shaping and executing the 
**global HR strategy**
 of the corporation, supporting talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational growth, and the consolidation of our corporate culture across all markets where MLO CORP operates or is expanding.

**Key responsibilities**

- Lead and develop the 
**global HR strategy**
 across all MLO CORP entities
- Oversee 
**international talent acquisition and executive recruitment**
- Support organizational design and leadership development across regions
- Build and manage the 
**global HR structure and regional HR teams**
- Develop internal policies, culture initiatives, and long-term talent strategies
- Ensure alignment between executive leadership and global people operations

**Profile**

- Proven experience in 
**senior HR leadership roles**
 in international environments
- Strong experience in 
**organizational development and talent strategy**
- Ability to operate in a 
**multinational and fast-growing environment**
- Fluency in 
**English required**
- **Italian or Spanish**
 considered a strong advantage
