**And now: you, a clinical operations expert who can bridge the gap between the hospital ward and our cloud engine.**
**💡 Why This Role Matters**
You are the "boots on the ground." Without you, the AI has no data to learn from and no patients to save. You will navigate the complex world of hospital IT, data privacy, and clinical partnerships to ensure our "Bedside-to-Cloud" pipeline actually works in a real ICU.
**🧠 Your Mission**
1. **Hospital Data Integration:**
Lead the technical and legal setup for real-time pathogen data streaming from Swiss hospitals to PathoMatch.
2. **Ecosystem Building:**
Build and manage high-level relationships with hospital boards, Chief Medical Officers, and clinical researchers.
3. **Commercial Strategy:**
Work with the CEO to design the "Software-as-a-Service" model for hospitals and secure our first pilot contracts.
4. **Regulatory Navigation:**
Ensure all data collection and "recipe" delivery complies with Swissmedic, GDPR, and "Magistral Preparation" laws.
**🧩 What You Bring**
- **Background:**
Experience in Clinical Operations, Health Management, or Hospital IT (HL7/FHIR protocols). An MD, MHA, or MBA with a focus on Healthcare is a plus.
- **Network:**
An existing network within the Swiss University Hospital ecosystem (USZ, CHUV, HUG, etc.).
- **Expertise:**
Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and the legalities of "Compassionate Use" treatments.
- **Mindset:**
A "Hustler" who can walk into a hospital and negotiate the access we need to save lives.
