**Commercial Finance Pricing Analyst | Global Operations**

**Help Drive Pricing, Revenue Visibility, and Commercial Performance Across Global Markets**

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Pricing Analyst to join an international finance team supporting commercial operations across multiple countries and business functions.

This position combines pricing analysis, commercial finance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to global clients, multi-country operations, and strategic business decisions.

**What You Will Do**

**Commercial Pricing & Analysis**

- Prepare pricing proposals for new and existing clients across multiple markets.
- Support pricing reviews and commercial evaluations to ensure consistency and profitability.
- Maintain pricing models, cost assumptions, margin calculations, and FX data.
- Analyze commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue visibility and margin performance.

**Revenue & Process Management**

- Support reconciliation of contract terms, timesheets, payroll outputs, invoices, and billing data.
- Work closely with Account Management, Operations, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure process alignment.
- Help identify and prevent scope creep, pricing inconsistencies, and unapproved commercial changes.
- Support revenue tracking and commercial reporting activities.

**Continuous Improvement**

- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to reduce manual effort and billing errors.
- Support commercial finance initiatives, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to data quality and governance across pricing and finance systems.
- Provide support for invoicing, cash collection, audits, and ad hoc commercial projects when required.

**What We Are Looking For**

**Required Qualifications**

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Data Analysis, Economics, Business, or a related field

✔ Approximately 3+ years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, billing, financial analysis, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role

✔ Experience working within international or multinational environments

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ High attention to detail and data accuracy

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔ Fluent English (written and spoken)

**Preferred Qualifications**

⭐ Experience supporting pricing, revenue management, or commercial operations

⭐ Experience working with cross-border financial processes

⭐ Exposure to payroll, invoicing, timesheet reconciliation, or workforce services environments

⭐ Experience with reporting, dashboards, and financial performance analysis

⭐ Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
