**Role Description**
The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for generating revenue through consultative selling of interior design services and furnishings. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, following up on leads, scheduling virtual consultations, and presenting product and design solutions that meet client needs. The role involves preparing quotes, explaining pricing and commission details, and guiding clients through the decision-making and purchase process. The Commission Sales Associate will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and monitor client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals. This position requires consistent communication via phone, email, and video calls, as well as proactive outreach to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Qualifications**

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in consultative or commission-based selling.
- Ability to understand interior design concepts, furnishings, and space planning, with interest or experience in the home or commercial interiors industry.
- Proficiency with remote work tools such as CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and basic office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and handle objections professionally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously.
- Prior experience in retail, design, or B2C/B2B sales is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or design is a plus.
