**Who are we?**
Easysustainability is a broad online community that involves professionals, NGOs and other entities active in the sustainability field. It aims to upskill youth through non-formal educational methods, project works, and MOOCs to have higher chances of landing greener careers, while at the same time encouraging employers and institutions to give them a chance to change the world.
We are always on the lookout for people that are passionate about ESG topics and want either help in landing a job in that field or to contribute to our cause directly by providing help to those in need of green upskilling. Thanks to our dedicated team, partners and tools, you will be able to develop deep sustainability expertise, industry connections, references from experienced professionals and much more through non-formal educational methods!

Join and be part of a dedicated team working tirelessly to help solve global challenges our planet faces such as climate change and pollution. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the environment and create a more sustainable and resilient world. We empower you to choose the most suitable project for you (it's also possible to propose your own if you desire!). Some examples of the projects we have been carrying out so far are: a biodiversity crediting program, waste manager professionalisation pathway, pro bono consulting for startups, green job shadowing, anti-food waste Erasmus+ in Poland, Armenia and many more.
Our community is globally remote and occasionally takes part in physical events organized by our NGO in Europe and some neighbouring countries. We welcome applicants from all over the world (so anyone can apply from any location if the project is fully remote) but keep in mind that our schedules are primarily based on the CET time zone.
