We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team at the U.S. Air Base in Aviano, overseeing the execution of key infrastructure projects.

**What you’ll do**

- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client and project stakeholders.
- Review and approve change orders, budgets, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulations.

**What we’re looking for**

- Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Proven experience as a
**Construction Manager**
in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in
**English and Italian**
(spoken and written).
- Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
