**Creative Writing Evaluator (AI Training)**
**About The Role**
What if your love of reading and sharp literary instincts could directly shape how AI tells stories, crafts essays, and expresses ideas? We're looking for Creative Writing Evaluators to read AI-generated fiction, poetry, and prose — and help make it genuinely compelling.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a strong feel for language and a critical eye for quality writing. No published credits or formal writing background required — just a genuine passion for the written word.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
**What You'll Do**
- Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres including fiction, poetry, essays, and more
- Assess writing for quality, originality, style, tone, coherence, and reader engagement
- Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, pacing issues, and logical inconsistencies
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to guide AI writing improvements
- Rate outputs using structured evaluation rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
**Who You Are**
- A genuine lover of reading and writing with a strong sense of what makes writing work
- Able to articulate why something reads well — or doesn't
- Strong command of English grammar, style, and voice
- Comfortable working through large volumes of text with consistency and care
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- No prior AI experience or publishing credits required
**Nice to Have**
- Background in creative writing, English literature, journalism, or editing
- Experience workshopping or critiquing others' writing
- Familiarity with multiple literary genres or writing styles
- Experience with content evaluation, quality assurance, or academic review
