The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, or in person. This role involves answering questions, resolving issues, processing orders, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and account updates.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or customer service software.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €24,000.00 - €30,000.00 per year
