A Customer Service Representative (Addetto/a Assistenza Clienti) is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service requests efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, and procedures.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve recurring issues.
- Meet established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Perform general administrative duties related to customer support.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian; knowledge of English or additional languages is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
