The available position is a full-time role with a Hybrid work arrangement. Meetings are organized both in-person at our offices in Milan/London/Arlington Virginia, depending on your location.


As a Design Lead, your responsibilities involve executing and crafting marketing and communications plans, reporting directly to the Communications Manager. You excel in designing materials related to Mobile App Development and Web App Development, catering to various devices and screen sizes. Your expertise extends to creating collateral, merchandise, signage, and marketing pieces, including the development of all e-communications.


In addition to your design prowess, you play a crucial role in content creation for all social media accounts, handling social media monitoring, responses, and data analysis. Your responsibilities also encompass updating current website content and delivering on sponsorship contracts in alignment with marketing/branding objectives. You may be required to undertake other design-related duties as requested.


To be a successful candidate, you should have a portfolio showcasing at least three completed works across three different industries. Proficiency in applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe XD is essential. Additionally, you should possess a foundational understanding of 3D modeling and rendering, utilizing applications like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
