**From zero to €30M in two years. Now we need the supply chain to match.**
Two years ago, SerlinoLab didn't exist. Today, we're closing 2026 at €30M in revenue — and we got here by moving faster than anyone expected. The supply chain doesn't get to be the bottleneck. It has to move at the same speed as the rest of the business, and right now we need someone who can make that happen. You're not just executing today's operation, you're expected to bring ideas that make it better.
By leveraging Italian pharmaceutical science for the US and Italian markets, SerlinoLab has stripped away the complexity of men’s skincare to build a fast growing brand. We are a young, remote-first team of eComm obsessives moving at breakneck speed - if you’re an operator who thrives on rapid expansion and zero corporate red tape, we’re the rocket ship you’ve been looking for.
Our co-Founder Oscar would love to share more of our story: https://bit.ly/4qepb0L
**Why you should want this role**
-
**Real ownership, real scope.**
You'll own the full supply chain — from production planning at the factory and lab, through global logistics, all the way to last-mile performance at both our 3PLs in Italy and the US. This isn't a coordinator role. It's an operator role.
-
**You're in the system, running the system.**
Every production run, every PO, every inventory movement, every container — it lives in our supply chain system and you're the one keeping it accurate, up to date, and actionable. You're not managing spreadsheets on the side. You're running a live operation.
-
**You'll build it, not inherit it.**
Our supply chain is in a system, but it's not documented end to end. You'll be the one to map it, document it, and make it scalable. That work directly increases the value of the company — and you'll own it.
-
**Fast-moving brand, not a slow corp.**
No politics, no 6-week approval cycles. Decisions happen fast here. If something's broken in the supply chain, you fix it — you don't write a memo about it.
-
**Big moments, early.**
We've already selected a new Italian 3PL — you'll own the transition, including on-site facility visits in Italy in July to get it done right. You'll also be in the lab with us to scope 2027 production capacity. We want you ramped up and in the room, not watching from the sidelines.
**What you'll actually own**
**Production Planning**
Take the revenue team's sales forecasts and translate them into production plans for the factory and lab. Generate and place POs. Monitor production runs in the system. Catch issues before they become stock-outs. You're not just placing POs — you're thinking about lead times, buffer stock logic, and how the production plan needs to evolve as the brand scales. If the current approach has a flaw, we want to hear it.
**Global Logistics**
Book and manage all freight — ocean, air, land. Optimise containers and consolidate shipments. Own the relationship with our freight forwarding partner. Log every movement, track every shipment, and manage every issue in transit — in the system, in real time. Beyond keeping freight moving, you're expected to identify consolidation opportunities, flag cost inefficiencies, and bring proposals to reduce landed cost over time. You see the data every day — you're expected to have opinions about what it's telling you.
**3PL Management — Italy & US**
Primary operational point of contact for both 3PLs. Manage WROs and inbound shipping. Own Amazon FBA transfer planning and execution. Track inventory accuracy, fulfilment speed, and last-mile performance in the system — and hold the partners accountable to the numbers. You're also expected to spot patterns — fulfilment errors that keep recurring, inventory discrepancies that suggest a process gap, transfer timing that could be tightened. You flag it, you propose the fix, you implement it.
**Supply Chain Systems**
You're the person who keeps our supply chain data clean, current, and useful. Every production run, inventory movement, transfer, and logistics event gets logged correctly. You spot discrepancies before they cause problems. You make sure the system reflects reality — because decisions get made off the back of it.
**Supply Chain Finance**
Review and approve all invoices from supply chain partners — factory, lab, freight, and both 3PLs. Own the supply chain P&L. Collaborate with the CFO on cashflow planning.
**Documentation for Scale**
Every process you touch, you document. SOPs, system flows, escalation paths — all of it written down, version-controlled, and transferable. We're building a company that outlasts any one person knowing how it works.
**Who we're looking for**
You have 3–5 years in supply chain, specifically for eCommerce or DTC brands doing $30M+ in revenue. You know what it looks like when the system gets sloppy and a stockout hits during a peak campaign. You've been the person who prevented that — because you were in the system every day, keeping it honest. But you're not just an executor. You don't only run the playbook — you flag when the playbook is wrong and propose a better one. You're starting to think like a senior operator, and you want a role where that's encouraged, not suppressed.
Specifically:
- 3–5 years supply chain experience in eCommerce or DTC at $30M+ revenue
- You've managed manufacturer, 3PL, and logistics partner relationships directly
- You're fluent working in supply chain systems — logging movements, tracking inventory, managing data accuracy
- You understand international logistics: ocean freight, customs, last mile
- Strong English — you'll be communicating across geographies daily
- Organised to a fault. You don't miss things.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Amazon FBA transfers and Seller Central logistics
- You speak Italian
- You've managed a 3PL transition or onboarding process
- Background in beauty, personal care, or CPG supply chains
**Who this is NOT for**
If you've spent the last few years purely in strategy and stakeholder management, this will feel like a step down. It's not — it's a different kind of hard. If you need a big team underneath you to actually execute, this isn't the right seat. And if you're looking for a role where someone else does the thinking and you just action the tasks, this isn't it either — we need someone who brings both. If "owning the P&L" and keeping a supply chain system accurate every day sounds like work you're past doing, we'd rather be honest now than find out three months in. If you haven't worked for an eCommerce/DTC brand shipping more than 20,000 orders per month, please don't apply, unless you think you are an absolutely amazing candidate, as eCommerce supply chains are very different from traditional logistics.
