As part of our growth and organizational development around
**major industrial building projects**
as a
**General Contractor**
, we are seeking an
**Electrical Construction Engineer**
in
**Milan.**
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will
**coordinate and manage our construction projects**
, for
**Electrical (LV/MV)**
discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include for the
**electrical package**
:
- Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
- Supervising subcontractors,
- Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
- Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
- Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.
**Profile**
With an
**Electrical Engineering**
degree (or equivalent), you have at least
**8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.**
Recognized for your
**leadership**
and strong interpersonal skills, you combine
**diplomacy, rigor,**
and a
**service-oriented mindset**
and have developed
**proficiency in Italian and English**
.
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are
**open to frequent travel across Italy**
.
