**Excavator Operators**
**Requirements**

- Operate the vehicle in a proper and safe manner, performing pre-operational checks on equipment in accordance with company procedures and project specifications, while ensuring the required quality standards.
- Comply with safety procedures on construction sites.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to the use of equipment in the work environment.
- Ensure high-quality execution standards.
- Operate assigned equipment efficiently to minimize wear and downtime.
- Guarantee compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.
- Report any QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) violations to the supervisor.
- Perform routine management and maintenance of assigned machinery.
- Support the supervisor in departmental activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of assigned equipment, including O&M manuals, performance, limitations, components, spare parts, and manufacturers.
- Show proficiency in using machinery and tools relevant to the role.
- Have in-depth knowledge of various handling techniques and tools suited to different operational conditions.
- Possess practical understanding of creating and using work platforms (stability, use of steel plates, embankments, slopes, etc.).
