About the Role

BMCC Center is seeking a highly experienced Fashion Design Specialist who can deliver professional online training sessions and practical workshops in Milan.

This role is ideal for an expert with strong industry experience and international exposure, capable of combining theoretical knowledge with real-world practice and delivering high-value education to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver online training sessions in fashion design and related topics

• Conduct in-person workshops in Milan with a strong practical focus

• Introduce students to real processes within the global fashion industry

• Develop practical assignments, case studies, and hands-on learning experiences

• Share insights on fashion trends, brands, and market dynamics

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion design (international experience preferred)

• Practical background working with fashion brands, ateliers, or industry projects

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging sessions

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Existing network or professional experience in Milan is a strong advantage
