We are looking for motivated and skilled **Field Service Engineers** to join the **Service Execution team** in Italy (locations depending on profile).

**Your Challenge**

Your main activities will be:

- Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of **Automation and Motion Control systems**, including PLCs, drives, and machine tools
- Execution of **on‑site service activities** at OEMs and end customers
- Configuration and tuning of **drives systems** (e.g. SINAMICS)
- PLC software activities using **STEP 7 and TIA Portal**
- Support to **technical hotline and back‑office teams**
- Participation in **digitalization and modernization projects**
- Technical coordination with internal departments (engineering, sales, project management)
- Documentation, reporting, and customer communication aligned with Siemens standards

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:**

- Degree in **Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering** or equivalent practical experience
- Experience (or strong motivation to grow) in **technical customer service, field service, or project engineering**
- Knowledge of:
- - **Siemens PLCs** (S7‑300 / S7‑1500, STEP 7, TIA Portal)
- **Drive technology** (e.g. SINAMICS, Starter / StartDrive)
- Experience with CNC and/or Motion Control systems (e.g. **SINUMERIK**) is considered a plus
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge; ability to manage priorities and customer satisfaction
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for on‑site activities
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Valid **driving license** and eligibility to work in Italy
