EFI is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Business Unit in Comun Nuovo (BG), Italy.

**Main Duties And Responsibilities**

- Provide end-to-end technical support locally and abroad
- On-site technical support
- Technical phone support
- Tradeshow support, including printer setup and calibration, demonstration, and teardown
- End-user training
- Feedback to our R&D team

**Job Requirements**

- Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers
- Two or more years of experience in field engineering positions on digital machines and electronic devices
- Availability for extensive travel at short notice
- Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink
- Knowledge of RIP software and color management
- Knowledge of color theory and materials/ chemicals
- Knowledge of textile digital machine processes
- Good communication skills and customer-focused
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Self-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory (includes effective management of EFI assets i.e., parts, tools, company information)
- Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems
