**What You’ll Be Doing**
The purpose of your position will be leading and managing the Finance Business partnering and controlling activities to support Off Trade Sales Channel, to improve profitability and ROI, in addition to supporting new product launch and innovation projects.


You will be the owner of business controlling activities through:



- Being responsible for P&L Budget, Estimate and 3 Years Plan for Off Trade channel.
- Monitoring opportunities and risks vs forecast/budget and the KPI targets, highlighting deviations and how to close Gap’s or proposing any reinvestments initiatives to deliver the agreed targets.
- Preparing reporting and quality of earning analysis for Off Trade Channels, on agreed timeline.
- Providing clear analysis and insights and support the Sales Leadership Team to maximize the Channel profitability.
- Support Special Projects, Innovation, New Product Launch process from a Finance point of view.

**What We’re Looking For**
You are highly engaged, flexible, and you are business and target oriented. You have strong analytical skills, a proactive and dynamic approach, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.


Master’s degree in Business Administration (or similar).


Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Controlling, in the same or a similar role.


**Language**

- English: Fluent written and spoken;
- Italian: Fluent written and spoken

**It**

- Excellent in MS Office and BCI knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of SAP and HFM.
