**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process incoming and outgoing payments with accurate value-date handling
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assess vehicle values for accounting purposes, including adjustments for surpluses or deficits
- Handle correspondence related to insurance claims and deductible invoices
- Execute dunning procedures and initiate debt-collection actions when necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department
**Your Background**
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, with initial experience in accounting or finance
- Further financial qualifications (e.g., specialized certificates) are an advantage
- Organized, solution-focused, and able to work effectively within a team
- Strong command of German and good written and spoken English
- Confident user of MS Office with a quick ability to grasp new tools and processes
