**Role Overview:**

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Node.Js Developer to work on a contractual basis. This role involves building and maintaining scalable server-side applications using Node.js to support high-performance backend services. The work directly contributes to the development of robust APIs and microservices that power core business applications. This is a critical role in a technology-driven environment where precision in coding and system design is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Node.js-based backend services and APIs to meet business requirements.

• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices in software development and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements in real time.

• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and code changes for future reference and team onboarding.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development, including Express.js and NestJS frameworks.

• Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL API development with experience in middleware integration and authentication.

• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and non-blocking I/O in Node.js environments.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis and familiarity with ORM/ODM tools.

• Knowledge of containerization using Docker and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
