**About The Role**
As a German account manager, you will act as a
**trusted advisor for German businesses**
, helping them
**optimize their digital advertising campaigns**
. Your role will have a direct impact on their success, as you work towards
**sales targets**
while contributing to the expansion of the client’s customer base across
**EMEA**
.
**Your Responsibilities**
Develop and implement
**customized digital advertising strategies.**
Provide
**performance-driven recommendations**
to maximize
**ROI.**
Engage with clients via
**phone, video calls, and email**
, building long-term. partnerships.
Work towards
**sales targets**
while ensuring
**exceptional customer experience.**
**Requirements**
**Fluent German (C1 minimum)**
and
**proficiency in English.**
**BA/BS degree**
or equivalent practical experience.
**6-12 months of experience**
in
**advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales**
(preferred).
Strong
**leadership, analytical, and communication skills.**
Passion for
**marketing, technology, and digital advertising.**
**Compensation & Benefits**
**Competitive salary:**
€24,310 – €30,000 gross per year (based on experience).
**Sales bonus package:**
Up to
**€3,000 - €4,290 gross per year.**
**Relocation package:**
Includes
**flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and private health insurance support.**
**Permanent contract & full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday).**
