**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Manager. The Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to drive business growth, analysing performance metrics, managing projects, and collaborating with teams to optimise sales pipelines. The role will also involve developing and maintaining strong communication across departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability in Sales and executing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Experience in Project Management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives effectively
- Proficiency with Analytics tools and frameworks to measure and optimise strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience can be a substitute
**Responsibilities**
Develop and execute growth strategies
Analyze user funnels and optimize conversion
Run A/B tests and experiments
Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams
Track KPIs and report insights to leadership
Improve acquisition, activation, and retention performance
**Requirements**
2+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience running measurable growth experiments
Fluent English and ability to work remotely
**Preferred**
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or online platforms
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools
