We’re building a new platform focused on helping exceptional talent and ambitious businesses connect more effectively.
Italy will be our first launch market, and we’re looking for a third co-founder to help us shape and grow the business from the ground up.
We are a product-led founding team with strong backgrounds in product, design and technology. What we’re looking for now is someone who can lead growth, market expansion and commercial efforts within the Italian market.
**We’re not looking for someone to execute a marketing plan—we’re looking for someone to help us define it.**
**What You’ll Lead**
As Growth & Market Expansion Co-Founder, you will lead our commercial and go-to-market efforts in Italy while working closely with the founding team to shape the future of the business.
Your focus will include:
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
- Customer acquisition and growth
- Digital marketing initiatives
- Partnerships and business development
- Market research and customer validation
- Commercial strategy and pricing
- Early customer and stakeholder engagement
As a founding team member, you’ll contribute well beyond your core responsibilities. We expect every co-founder to challenge ideas, contribute to strategic discussions, and help shape both the business and the product.
**Who We’re Looking For**
- Currently residing in Italy
- Native-level proficiency in Italian
- Fluent in English
- Strong background in sales, marketing, growth, business development or commercial leadership
- Deep understanding of the Italian market
- Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine desire to build a business from an early stage
- Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
- Able to commit approximately 10–15 hours per week initially
- Naturally curious, analytical and proactive, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, think strategically and contribute ideas
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR technology, marketplaces, SaaS or other digital businesses is beneficial, but not essential.
**About the Opportunity**
This is an
**equity-only founding opportunity**
. There is no salary at this stage. Our focus is on building a sustainable business, with founder compensation expected to come through future revenue generation or external funding.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, takes ownership, and is motivated by creating long-term value rather than seeking immediate rewards.
One of the founders will relocate to Italy later this year, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to help establish and grow the business locally from the very beginning.
Building a company from the ground up isn’t for everyone. It requires commitment, resilience, curiosity, initiative and self-discipline. If you’re looking for a traditional role or don’t feel you’re able to fully commit to an early-stage venture and give it your best, this opportunity is probably not the right fit.
