**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan for a Head of Information Technology. The Head of IT will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and infrastructure of the company’s IT systems. Key responsibilities include managing IT teams, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring system security, optimizing infrastructure, and supporting the company’s business objectives through technology solutions.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Management principles
- Experience in IT Operations and IT Strategy implementation
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and related technologies
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to align IT strategies with business goals
- Proficiency in risk management and cybersecurity practices
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in the investment or real estate sector is a plus
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage
