**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role based in the Greater Perugia Metropolitan Area. The Healthcare Specialist will provide exceptional care to patients, prioritizing their health and well-being. Daily responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, assisting in emergency care as an EMT, and delivering healthcare training. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in Healthcare, Medicine, and patient care best practices
- Proficiency in providing emergency medical care as an EMT
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members
- Experience in Training healthcare staff or educating patients on medical procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a healthcare or medical-related field
- Certification or license in relevant medical specialties is an advantage
