**The Opportunity:**
As HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the company's growing Italian workforce. Acting as a trusted HR partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to deliver people-focused initiatives, ensure local compliance, and contribute to an engaging and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Italian employment legislation and HR best practices
- Support employee relations and foster a positive working environment
- Coordinate onboarding, and employee development initiatives
- Manage HR administration and local HR systems
- Deliver training and development programmes
- Provide guidance on compensation & benefits, performance management, and organisational design
**What We're Looking For:**
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience within an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering role
- Proven knowledge of Italian payroll and labor relations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Italian with a good level of English language
