Existing customers are the focus of the department. Your main goal is to ensure that the customer remains safe and secure in their home. Within the department, we work with taking care of customers who move to new homes ( Moving Department ), want to upgrade their older systems to the new Verisure concept ( Change of Concept ) and Customer Care.

We work with incoming and outgoing calls to/from existing customers.

Working hours Monday-Friday between 8:00-17:00.

We are looking for someone who is driven and likes to work towards set goals, who wants to do that little extra for our customers and who feels that a variable salary is motivating.

You have completed high school, have good computer skills and enjoy talking to customers on the phone. To succeed in the role, you must like a fast pace and be solution-oriented. It is important that you are a good listener and that you communicate in a clear and inspiring way to capture and manage the customer's interest.
