As an Account Specialist focused on the Italian Market, you will reconnect with former customers and motivate them to resume using the company’s products and services. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, nurture strong relationships, and contribute to their ongoing success while driving business growth. You will be working from Monday to Friday between 10:00-19:00. The position is hybrid and you will be requested to work on site on Wednesday and Thursday.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contact previous customers to re-engage them and restore their activity.
- Manage and develop your client portfolio with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Design and execute strategic plans to expand account value and business opportunities.
- Achieve targets related to account reactivation and client spending.
- Build new relationships with past clients and identify opportunities to grow their investment, especially in key product areas.
- Meet sales objectives and uncover new business opportunities within B2B marketing environments.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions aligned with their goals.
- Guide clients in turning their marketing objectives into actionable strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive effective and timely support.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
**Candidate Profile:**
- Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcing environments
- Ability to apply value-based selling techniques in a dynamic setting
- Background in marketing is preferred
- Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and increasing client investment
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Authorized to work in Bulgaria
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base salary: €1926.30 per month
- Quarterly performance bonus: €1,551.70
