The Role
We are seeking a J**unior Graphic Designer** to join our Milan studio. You’ll support the design team across a wide range of print and digital projects — from high-end illustrated books to visual identity systems, packaging, 3D mock-ups, and content design. This role is ideal for a motivated designer eager to learn fast, take ownership, and contribute to elevated work seen around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the design and layout of luxury art and photography books
- Develop branding and campaign assets for global clients
- Create digital materials for web, presentations, and social storytelling
- Support 3D visualization for product, retail, and packaging concepts
- Bring rigorous typography and attention to detail to every deliverable
- Collaborate with our cross-cultural teams across Milan and Tokyo
### Requirements
- 1–3 years of design experience in a creative or studio environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- 3D design competency (Cinema4D, Blender, or similar tools)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual thinking and layout craft
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus
- Curiosity, organization, accountability, and enthusiasm for growth
