**About Tech Pipeline:**
We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical: we help businesses untangle the systems, workflows, and integrations that have quietly stopped working the way they should. We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real problems, and the people we hire are expected to engage with that work, not just execute tasks from a queue.


**The Role:**
The right person for this role will support an active client engagement in Italy. Because you will interact directly with an Italian-speaking team, conversational Italian is a strict requirement for this position.

Your focus will be on building and maintaining internal tools, web interfaces, and client-facing features that facilitate delivery work across the project. Part of this involves new development, while the remainder entails updating and refining existing codebases.

Diversity of tasks is standard here. During any week, you may find yourself refactoring a complicated component, wiring up a form that feeds a reporting flow, or joining a call with the Italian team to resolve system logic questions.

You will be supported, but not micromanaged. We expect you to take ownership of your work, ask questions when things are unclear, and point out problems before they get expensive.


**What You Will Be Doing:**

- Communicating in Italian with the client team, in writing and on calls
- Building and maintaining web interfaces and UI elements for the Italian project
- Integrating with internal tools and APIs so data flows where it needs to go
- Keeping code clean, documented, and easy to pass on
- Contributing to internal tooling that supports how Tech Pipeline functions
- Pointing out when something does not make sense, technically or otherwise

**You need to have:**

- Conversational Italian, both written and spoken
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Comfortable with at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred, Vue or Angular is fine)
- Able to read and work with codebases you didn't write
- Familiarity with Git and basic version control workflows
- English at a professional working level

**Nice to have:**

- Experience with REST APIs or basic backend integration
- Understanding of how data flows between systems, not just UI work
- Some exposure to a consulting or client-facing environment
- Familiarity with process or operations tooling

We are not looking for someone who has done everything. We are looking for someone who picks things up, takes ownership, and doesn't need problems explained twice.


**What Working Here Looks Like:**

- Fully remote. Work from wherever you are in Spain. Async-first with video syncs when needed.
- Real client work. The Spanish project is active and moving, not a backlog of speculative features.
- Small team, clear ownership. You will know what you are responsible for.
- Room to grow. This is a junior role, but we expect you to grow into more over time. If you are curious about the operations and architecture side of what we do, that is a good sign.
