A Management Consultant helps organizations improve their performance, solve business problems, and achieve strategic goals. They analyze company operations, identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and provide expert recommendations to management teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze business processes, organizational structures, and financial performance.
- Identify challenges and opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability.
- Develop strategic plans and business improvement recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Work with clients to implement new strategies, systems, and processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for executives.
- Manage consulting projects, timelines, and client relationships.
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Evaluate risks and suggest solutions to improve business outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior executives and clients.
- Knowledge of business strategy, operations, and project management.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, or corporate strategy.
- Industry knowledge in areas such as finance, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is beneficial.

Pay: €38,000.00 - €55,000.00 per year
