**Descripción De Puesto**
We are looking for a results-driven National Account Executive (NAE) responsible for developing and managing relationships with large national Small Package accounts across Italy.


The NAE will play a key role in understanding customer’s business models, identifying growth opportunities, maximizing profitability, and delivering tailored solutions through the optimal mix of the UPS’s products and services portfolio.


This position requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long term partnerships at multiple levels within complex organizations.


**Key Responsabilities**

- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key national accounts
- Analyze customer’s business needs and identify opportunities to increase volume and profitability
- Design and implement strategic account plans
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure sustainable margins
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-volume solutions
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape

**Skills & Experience**

- University degree/diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as Account Executive within UPS
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of core business processes
- In-depth knowledge of company services and competitive offerings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented
- Proactive, ambitious, confident, and quick learner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and availability for frequent travel across Italy
