**Who You Are:**
Our Omni Channel Sales Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an effective communicator, that delivers an elevated customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges. You feel comfortable in digital contact with customers. This is in-store based role, not remote.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Achieve virtual sales results through an elevated customer engagement
- Assure entire meaningful virtual customer experience
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
- Inspire customers by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
- Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results
- Drive virtual sales results by utilizing all available tools and technology
**You’ll Need to Have:**
- Relevant virtual sales and social networks experience
- Creativity and skills to create digital content and share using phone/WAB
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Able to work on different tasks easily – multi-tasking
- English Language
