**JOB PURPOSE**
We are looking for a Outlet Training Intern to support the Outlet Training Manager in implementing and monitoring Training Projects worldwide.

You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the elevation of client experience and the development of Store Staff skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Projects and Content: support the department in deploying and implementing content across various touchpoints, assisting with vendor coordination, and maintaining the training library.
- Tracking & Monitoring: monitor training results, provide actionable insights, identify trends to support the business and support in maintaining trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.

Fluent in English.

Strong Communication Skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
