As
**Plant Controller**
you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the plant, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporate policies. This role acts as a key business partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, providing financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

***Key Responsibilities:***

**Financial Planning & Analysis**

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the plant.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Provide cost analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

**Cost Accounting**

- Maintain accurate product costing and inventory valuation.
- Analyze production costs, material usage, and labor efficiency.
- Support pricing decisions and margin analysis.

**Compliance & Internal Controls**

- Ensure adherence to corporate accounting standards and local regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.

**Business Partnering**

- Collaborate with Plant Director and operational teams to optimize performance.
- Provide financial insights for investment decisions and process improvements.

**Reporting & Systems**

- Manage ERP system data integrity for plant operations.
- Prepare reports for corporate headquarters and local management.

***Qualifications***

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in manufacturing.**
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
