**Job Summary**

One of our clients is seeking a Polish Language Expert to support language quality, translation, and localization efforts across a variety of projects. In this role, you will apply your linguistic expertise to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate, and high-quality Polish communication across digital content and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and clarity in Polish-language materials while contributing to language standards and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide expert Polish language support for editing, proofreading, and translation tasks.
- Review and improve written Polish content for clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain linguistic consistency across communications and content.
- Advise on language usage, cultural nuances, and localization strategies for Polish-speaking audiences.
- Assist in developing and maintaining language guidelines, glossaries, and style guides.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members on best practices for Polish communication.
- Support quality assurance initiatives to ensure high linguistic standards across platforms.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Native or near-native proficiency in Polish with strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions.
- Experience in translation, localization, linguistic review, or language quality assurance roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in Polish.
- Familiarity with digital tools used for translation, editing, or language management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high linguistic and communication standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Polish Language, or a related field.
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of additional languages or familiarity with localization processes.
