**Your**
**Role in the Team’s Success**
Drive revenue growth and exceptional client experience for IG's premium client segment through proactive relationship management, strategic client development, and community building across a dedicated portfolio of high-value traders. Increase and maintain activity within the HNWI client book by building long-term, trust-based relationships and delivering Bespoke services.


**What You’ll Do**
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven relationship manager who can balance high-touch client service with aggressive revenue targets. You must be comfortable with face-to-face selling, event hosting, and building lasting client communities while maintaining strict compliance with execution-only trading regulations. Strong commercial acumen and solid financial services background are fundamental to excel on this position. The ideal candidate will have an established network of clients that they can bring to the role.


Key Performance Indicators & Targets



- Client Portfolio Management
- Active client portfolio: 150 premium clients
- Quarterly face-to-face meetings: Minimum 45 in-person client meetings (require travel)
- Weekly client outreach
- Client retention rate
- Revenue Generation
- New client revenue: £200,000 minimum annual revenue from newly acquired clients
- Portfolio growth: year-on-year revenue increase from existing portfolio
- Client lifetime value: Maximize through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Client Engagement & Events
- Annual events: 12 hosted client events (webinars, hospitality, educational sessions)
- Community building: Create and maintain active client community engagement
- Client satisfaction

**What**
**you’ll need for this role**
Essential Requirements;



- Experience
- Minimum 3 years in premium client management within financial services with

leveraged trading products expertise (CFDs, forex, derivatives)



- Proven track record managing high-net-worth client relationships
- Quantifiable results in revenue generation and client retention
- Bonus: Ability to bring existing client network
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Multilingual fluency (local language + English mandatory)
- Local financial market knowledge essential
- Core Competencies
- Revenue-focused mindset with proven ability to meet/exceed targets
- Exceptional communication skills for complex financial product explanation
- Relationship building expertise with high-value clients
- Event management experience for client engagement programs
- Self-motivated with strong ability to work under pressure and challenging KPIs
