**Overview**
We are looking for an Outerwear Production Quality Controller to join our team based in Romania.

**Your Impact**
The Production Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring quality control by supervising external suppliers in Romania. They will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of the commissioned garments.
**Qualification**
**Activities**
- Monitoring and controlling garment’s quality in the suppliers
- Verifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garment
- Final Quality Control of products within the established timeframes
- Coordinating with HQ and Moncler Employees involved
- Issuing quality reports using dedicated management software
**Who We Are Looking For**
- Technical knowledge of outerwear products
- The knowledge of down-jackets is a plus
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes
- 3-5 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organizations, in the same or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Availability to travel and visit production sites in Italy and abroad
- High degree of autonomy
- Availability for international mobility
- Fluent in English, Italian or Romanian
