**Professional Voice Actor – Italian (AI Training)**
**About The Role**
What if your Italian voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for experienced Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over professionals to record expressive, high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping train the next generation of advanced AI systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

- Note: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.
**What You'll Do**
- Record professional-grade Italian voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
- Provide clear, detailed, and actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest refinements to improve clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
**Who You Are**
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken expression
- Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, cadence, and pronunciation
- Detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating and documenting voice quality
**Nice to Have**
- Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
- Background in radio, broadcasting, theatre, or commercial voice work
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Prior experience with AI voice evaluation or speech data projects
